Kevin Boling heads land transactions for Westslope Properties' Pacific Northwest region, which includes Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State. He and his five-member team are responsible for identifying land that is suitable for residential development, agricultural/ranch use, recreational use, and preservation purposes. Kevin and his team are guided by Westslope's operating principle - to add value to the land and to the community of which it is a part.
From 2002 to 2005, Kevin managed Forest Capital Partners' major land purchases, most notably Boise Cascade's timberlands. Previously, Kevin spent 20 years with Potlatch Corporation, in a variety of positions, including contract logging and forestry operations; purchasing, appraisals, and sales bidding; the company's public land exchange programs; and manufacturing operations, which he managed. He went on to oversee Potlatch's 700,000 acres in northern Idaho before assuming the position of director of public affairs.
Kevin's passion for the woodlands of the Pacific Northwest is founded on a deep, firsthand, working knowledge of the region's rich natural endowments and his third-generation roots in the region. A resident of Coeur d'Alene, Kevin holds a B.S. in forest resource management from the University of Idaho.
